EXTENDED LIFE EXPECTANCY
Use of heavy duty copper tube and fin extends the life of the product. Unlike aluminium, copper does not suffer acidic corrosion which causes aluminium to fail short term. The unit that we produce will realise the life of the vehicle.

Copper tube and fin material used in our process is just as efficient as its aluminium counterpart. (per same size and thickness of core.)

OBSOLETE OR HARD TO OBTAIN PARTS?
We can manufacture any type/size condenser or evaporator as per the original sample of a drawing. If no sample is available just send us the size and configuration required and we can manufacture the unit.

INDIVIDUAL AIR CONDITIONING NEEDS
To make air conditioning more effective in hot conditions some users who have the heater core/evaporator as one unit may prefer the unit be made just as an evaporator. Our system of manufacturing easily meets these needs.

REPAIRS & TESTING
Each evaporator and/or condenser sent to us for repair undergoes an internal and external chemical cleaning process. It is then air dried and pressure tested for leakage. If leakage occurs it is then repaired. Should the unit be un-repairable, a quotation will be arranged for manufacture of a new unit. When testing, units are pressure tested to 350psi with liquid nitrogen.
